Choose to Snooze is a campaign to promote healthy sleep habits among university students.

Our aim is to raise awareness about the issues of sleep deprivation.

We regularly provide tips on how to get better quality sleep.

We aim to educate and inspire others to take this challenge:

  • Commit to a regular sleep schedule
  • “Wind down” from electronic devices at least one hour before sleep
  • Avoid caffeine consumption after 4pm

We want YOU to experience the benefits of a good quality sleep.

So on behalf of the team, it’s time to join the sleep revolution! Choose to Snooze!
